1.Control Room

Centralized automated control system for monitoring and adjusting parameters like temperature, flow rates, and production processes.

2. Super PMB Mill (SUPRATON Colloid Mill)

High-power colloid mill from Germany with a patented pyramid structure for optimal grinding and homogenization of polymer-bitumen mixtures.

Ensures one-pass continuous processing for efficiency.

3. Spiral Conveyor & Feeder System

Frequency-converting screw transportation for precise polymer feeding and dosing (4%-15% SBS modifier adjustment).

4. Flow Meter & Measurement System

Continuously measures and adjusts bitumen flow for accurate formulation control.

5. Thermal Exchange System

Includes heat exchangers and electric control valves for auto temperature regulation.

Remote-controlled via thermal couples for precise bitumen temperature maintenance.

6. Agitators & Storage Tanks

Equipped with liquid-level sensors and automated pumps for smooth material handling and storage.

7. Rubber Bitumen Unit (Optional Extension)

Modular add-on for producing rubber-modified bitumen, offering versatility without significant space/cost overhead.

8. Modular Container Structure

Pre-assembled steel framework for easy transport, installation, and relocation.
