On Tuesday, our road maintenance team carried out asphalt seal coating construction on a municipal road that needs maintenance in Zhongshan City. Due to the busy traffic on the main roads in the urban area, we have chosen to work at night so that traffic can resume at dawn.
The working area is a 200-meter-long, 7-meter-wide driveway, with a total area of about 1,500 square meters. 9 workers participated in the construction, a total of 3 tons of Myroadpro asphalt sealcoating material was used. Construction started at 8:00 p.m. and ended at 2:00 a.m. the next day. It took 6 hours work and traffic was opened on time at 7:00 a.m. the next morning.

This material is suitable for the preventive maintenance of asphalt pavements such as highways, municipal roads, and airport runways, and is also suitable for road beautification of residential roads. The construction process is simple and the operation is convenient. The construction can be completed by spraying or scraping one or two coats on the asphalt pavement, and the traffic can be opened in about 2 hours after the work is completed.
This process can quickly and effectively block and bridge cracks in the pavement, stabilize loose aggregates, infiltrate and restore aged asphalt, improve the anti-slip performance of the pavement, improve the visual aesthetics, reduce the frequency of pavement maintenance, and prolong the service life of the asphalt pavement.
