1. The EAHB-SE2000 storage-type asphalt hotbox pothole patcher has a silo capacity of 2 cubic meters and can heat and insulate 4 tons of hot asphalt mixture to ensure adequate supply of materials and smooth construction.
2. The equipment material box is heated by a ceramic electric heating cells, which is highly efficient and can heat the cold asphalt mixture to 160°C in 3-5 hours.
3. Equipped with a pavement asphalt heater using blue ray heat radiation technology, which can heat and repair pavement disease areas.
4. EAHB-SE2000 is equipped with an asphalt emulsion spraying system to cope with different road damage conditions and ensure the oil content and repair quality of recycled asphalt materials.
5. The equipment operation adopts a centralized control panel and is equipped with an alarm light to facilitate fault diagnosis. Asphalt mixture temperature, ceramic electric heating plate temperature, emulsified asphalt temperature, heating plate lifting, heating time, heating area and material door opening and closing can all be easily controlled with one hand.
6. The opening and closing of the material door is controlled by hydraulic pressure. Not unloading when closed can avoid pollution and safety hazards caused by materials scattered on the road during transportation.
