ECSM-TE350 self-propelled driveway sealing equipment is designed to seal the cracks or joints in the asphalt or concrete pavement surface, assure pavement performance and prolong road service life. It is oil jacketed, diesel fired and gasoline powered. Its heat transfer system consists of a transfer oil interlayer and a combustion chamber, the heat transfer oil is heated through the combustion chamber by the burner, providing indirect heating to the sealant.

The sealant heated to the operating temperature are transported to sealing wand through electric heated hose, and poured to the cracks or joints via the remote-controlled material pump switch to adjust the sealant output rate.

Features

Our electric heated sealing hose is designed to provide the reliability and long life. Advanced heating element minimize kinks and flex damage. With 2 cm inner diameter, the hose provides maximum performance.

Unique versatile design combines brake handle flow control with a ball valve on sealing wand for easy control. The wand brake handle delivers material when depressed, and stops flow and pressure when released. The ball valve reduces waste and provides better placement of sealant.

The recirculation process continues inside the machine, eliminating temperature stratification and accelerating heat up time.

Internal material recirculation draws hot sealant from the bottom of the tank and continuously circulates the material back to the top. This creates uniform sealant temperature, accelerates melting of new sealant blocks for fastest recovery, and enables on-site fiber blending.

Unique angled design of the burner chamber aims the flame downward away from the tank and heats with efficiency. No direct flame contact with the tank wall means no hot spots and reduced tank fatigue.

Fast heatup eliminates the need for unattended overnight heaters in combustible heat transfer oil and the need for an oil pump.

An external material pump promotes safety and minimal maintenance. The pump is easily accessible/serviceable in the field and can be replaced in less than three hours.

The external pump suctions from the bottom of the tank so there is no wasted sealant or loss of working volume.

Round tank with uniform agitator clearance is the key to production and efficiency.

Rugged frame construction, longer lasting performance and better insulating properties.

The digital controllers continuously monitor temperature sensors. Should a problem occur, the heating system is immediately shut down and the display indicates the fault code.

Digital controllers are standard on all models for the highest temperature accuracy of heat transfer oil, material and heated hose. All control functions are located in one central area on the curb side of the machine.

LED flashing lights notify traffic of your presence and direct them around the work area.
