High pressure electrically heated hose

The heated hose core is composed of extruded PTFE for excellent resistance to temperature cycling and kinking. For applications requiring exposure to temperatures in excess of 400°F, the hose features an all-metal corrugated core and high temperature 400°F elastic fiberglass heater and insulation. High pressure and high temperature hoses are also available.

The heated hose core is composed of extruded PTFE for excellent resistance to temperature cycling and kinking. For applications requiring exposure to temperatures in excess of 205℃(400°F), the hose features an all-metal corrugated core and high temperature 400°F elastic fiberglass heater and insulation. High pressure and high temperature hoses are also available.

Heated hose end fittings are progressive swage or crimp designs and are available in stainless steel, brass or aluminum. Choose between female and male NPT, female and male 37o JIC swivel, spool, cam and groove, sanitary flange, BSPP and metric or many other end fitting options.

Insulation is obtained by wrapping multiple layers of non-flammable insulation that provides excellent temperature resistance, flexibility and light weight, while maintaining a cool running exterior surface. The polyester braided jacket protects the hose, insulation and internal components. Other options are available, including an extruded silicone cover for waterproofing.

Heated hose ends are finished with hardened snap-molded caps. All integral components are bonded together within the assembly and on the hose core to prevent chemical or flex damage and separation during use. Heated hose electrical characteristics will match any voltage, phase and power requirements required.
